David Hockney: Shifting Perspectives

This Article is a bit old now but features some of David Hockney’s amazing work.
In his newer works, he attempts to move away from the Western idea of Perspective. Through odd Canvas Shapes and shifting perspectives, he moves towards the idea of “reverse perspective.” In this specific image he takes an older painting by Meindert Hobbema and reworks the perspectives.
