It discusses how Bloom from The King of Limbs was deconstructed and re-orchestrated in order to fit into a soundtrack for the documentary series. This effect is created by instructing an orchestra to only play their given note if the person next to them is not playing. This creates a massive wall of sound with instruments weaving in and out throughout the piece.
