Yaara Nusboim, an israeli designer created a set of six figurines made from wood and silicone that are designed to help children cope with difficult emotions or memories. Each of the dolls represent fear, pain, emptiness, love, anger, and safety. The different textures and colors engage with the children in different ways, and they can be used as a part of play therapy. I thought it cool to see how art is integrated with many fields other than the art field itself, including psychology and emotion in this example.
